Certificate Programme Coordinator

The Certificate Programme Coordinator role provides leadership, direction and coordination for the relevant academic department for which he/she has responsibility, ensuring it runs properly within the campus. This role will be responsible for curriculum design and implementation, academic administration and for overseeing the campus' industry partners relations in the respective field of expertise, for which it will join efforts with the Industry Relations role. It is also a marginal responsibility of this role to provide a practical support on academic issues and department management and to maintain department equipment and to provide support to internal and external lecturers in managing class activities and assessment.

Essential Criteria

• At least 2 years Lecturing experience• Demonstrable experience in Education environment• Ability to deal patiently with highly demanding situations• Demonstrable experience in leading a team• Relevant industry experience• Experience in Audio production / knowledge of Pro Tools, Logic and Ableton• Proven organisational skills• Excellent English skills• Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines; • Ability to advise on the selection, development and use of appropriate educational technologies.• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MAC based computer application and database management• Minimum BA (Hons) or BSc (Hons) in relevant field of expertise (MA highly valued) or substantial industry experience

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience with SAE in any capacity will be highly valued• Experience in multinational/international companies
